- Manage the day-to-day tracking and administration of the marketing budget.
- Monitor budget pacing and identify potential risks or opportunities throughout the year.
- Support recommendations on resource allocation and marketing investment based on business priorities and performance.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate financial controls, approvals and processes are followed.
4. Marketing Processes & Operational Excellence
- Build, implement and continuously improve the processes, workflows and operating rhythms that enable the marketing team to work effectively.
- Improve the flow of work from initial request and briefing through development, approval, launch and post-campaign review.
- Support the effective use of project management, reporting and other marketing tools and systems.
- Develop scalable ways of working that can evolve as Hullo and the marketing function continue to grow.
5. Performance Reporting & Optimization
- Establish and maintain a consistent marketing reporting cadence for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure major campaigns and initiatives have clear objectives, KPIs and measurement plans.
- Consolidate campaign, agency and broader marketing performance into clear and actionable reporting.
- Coordinate post-campaign reviews to identify results, insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with channel owners, agencies and internal teams to ensure learnings are incorporated into future planning and investment decisions.
- Support a more data-driven approach to marketing decision-making and resource allocation.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Guest Experience, Operations and external agencies.
- Ensure marketing activity is aligned with broader commercial priorities, including passenger acquisition, revenue growth, partnerships and customer experience.
- Bring structure and accountability to cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams or stakeholders.
