What You’ll Do

- Write accurate collision repair estimates and supplements
- Research OEM and repair procedures to develop accurate, safe, and productive repair plans
- Follow vehicles throughout the repair process and work closely with technicians
- Work with insurance companies, used vehicle departments, and commercial partners on repair plans
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
- Complete final billing and invoicing
- Perform quality-control inspections before vehicles are returned to customers
- Keep repairs organized, on track, and moving efficiently
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from estimate to delivery

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of automotive collision/body shop experience is an asset
- Proven experience as an Automotive Collision Estimator
- Proficient in Mitchell and Quaptar estimating systems
- Solid understanding of insurance guidelines and collision repair processes
- Strong knowledge of repair procedures and estimating practices




- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills — phone, email, and in person
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to build great relationships
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
- A team player who takes ownership and gets things done

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
