Working Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Salary: Monthly salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Across Border Visa is seeking an experienced, responsible, and highly organized Office Administrator to join our immigration consulting office.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Canadian immigration consulting office
- Thorough knowledge and practical experience in preparing and managing Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications
- Strong knowledge of spousal sponsorship and spousal open work permit applications
- Experience handling investor, entrepreneur, and business immigration applications
- Ability to independently review documents, prepare application packages, draft submission letters, and manage client files




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email correspondence, and online immigration portals
- Professional conduct and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
