Stagehand – Event Production

Nasco Staffing Solutions provides the local production labour force for touring concerts and major events at the Canada Life Centre and other venues across Manitoba.

We are currently seeking reliable, safety‑minded Stagehands to join our event production team.

About the Role

Stagehands support the load‑in, setup, and load‑out of qualified concert and event productions. Work is divided across several departments, including rigging, lighting, audio, video, carpentry, truck loaders and case pushers. You will work alongside experienced crew members and have opportunities to learn new skills as you gain experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing heavy equipment cases
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment
- Able to work flexible, event‑based hours (days, evenings, overnight shifts)




- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual for scheduled calls

Requirements

- Steel‑toe boots and hard hat (mandatory for production work)
- Ability to follow safety procedures and on‑site instructions
- No prior stagehand experience required — training and progression opportunities available
