Responsibilities:

- Be the Ambassador for the hotel by greeting or bidding a farewell to our Guests and Residences to and from the hotel.
- Acknowledge all guests, residences and visitors as they arrive/depart the hotel and use their names.
- Greet guest, residences and visitors with appropriate verbiage maintaining a high-level of graciousness and Forbes Five-Star standards.
- Provide portage services (baggage-handling) for arriving and departing guests, into and out of the hotel and into and out of their vehicles.
- Ensure the seamless delivery of client luggage to their assigned rooms and suites.
- Ensure the hotel driveway, front walk and lobby areas are free of obstructions.
- Respect the privacy and preferences of each guest and residences.




- Assist guest and residences with their desired service and guiding them to the appropriate area, conveying information regarding directions.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Hourly wage range: $21-$23

Qualifications:

- Positive attitude, motivated, team player, well organized, efficient, informative.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
