Job Title: Line Cook / Prep Cook (Vietnamese Cuisine)

Job Description:
Our Vietnamese restaurant is seeking a skilled Cook to prepare authentic, high-quality dishes for our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent food presentation, consistency, and speed.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese menu items (e.g., Pho broth, vermicelli bowls, stir-fries, spring rolls).
- Complete daily food prep tasks (slicing meats, portioning noodles, preparing sauces).
- Maintain high standards of food safety, kitchen sanitation, and personal hygiene.
- Manage multiple order tickets simultaneously during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
- Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies run low.

Requirements:

- At least 1–2 years of experience as a cook in a rapid-casual or full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices (Food Safety Certification is a plus).
- Speed, efficiency, and excellent knife skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: $15.00-$23.16 per hour
