About Elevate Cabinets

Elevate Cabinets is a growing custom cabinetry company providing high-quality cabinetry and millwork for residential and commercial projects. Our work includes kitchens, bathroom vanities, closets, mudrooms, and other custom-built solutions.

We are currently looking for an experienced Cabinet Assembler / Installer to join our team.

Position Overview

This role involves both shop assembly and on-site installation of custom cabinetry. The successful candidate should have hands-on cabinetry or woodworking experience, be comfortable using tools, and be able to complete work accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Assemble cabinets, drawers, doors, panels, and other custom cabinetry components
- Follow shop drawings, cabinet plans, measurements, and project specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely and correctly
- Install kitchen cabinets, vanities, closets, and custom millwork at job sites
- Ensure cabinets are properly leveled, aligned, secured, and finished
- Install and adjust doors, drawers, hinges, handles, and other cabinet hardware
- Identify and resolve installation or assembly issues when required
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards
- Keep the shop and work areas clean and organized
- Work effectively with installers, production staff, contractors, and customers
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company standards

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in cabinet assembly, cabinet installation, woodworking, or a closely related field
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read measurements, drawings, and installation plans
- Good understanding of cabinet assembly and installation methods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet project deadlines
- Physically capable of lifting and handling cabinets and related materials
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience installing custom cabinetry
- Experience with kitchen and bathroom cabinet installation
- Experience working in a cabinet manufacturing or woodworking shop
- Knowledge of cabinet hardware, adjustments, and finishing details
- Experience with residential or commercial renovation projects
