Overview
Grove RV is looking for a qualified, certified Journeyman RV Technician. We are a family owned business that has been serving the Parkland County and Edmonton area for over 25 years. We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will need a strong mechanical background and experience working with various tools to diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about vehicle repair and maintenance to grow their skills in a energetic environment. The role involves hands-on work with RV systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and timely repairs.

Duties

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in RVs using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems within RVs
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble various RV components
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each service order




- Communicate effectively with customers and staff regarding repair needs, timelines, maintenance recommendations and quotes.
- Keep the work area clean, organized.
- Hours are Monday to Friday 8-4:30 with rotating shortened Saturday shift, about once a month in the busy season.

Requirements

- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience working on trailers and motorhomes.
- Must have own basic tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Prior experience with RV repairs is required.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
