Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native)

The Vision

We value engineers who use tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and v0 to amplify their expertise, allowing them to focus on high-level architecture, clean patterns, and superior user experiences.

The Role: AI-Augmented Ownership

This isn’t a role for a spectator. You will be a Force Multiplier, combining deep engineering fundamentals with modern AI workflows to lead:

- System Architecture: Designing robust, scalable backends that AI can help maintain and extend.
- Vibe Coding & Prototyping: Moving from concept to high-fidelity frontend in record time.
- AI-Enabled SDLC: Defining how our team uses LLMs and agents to automate the mundane and focus on the complex.
- Technical Mentorship: Teaching the next generation of "Explorers" and "Navigators" how to prompt, debug, and build safely with AI.

What You’ll Do

- Architect & Orchestrate: Design scalable Node.js/Python backends while using AI to accelerate implementation and unit testing.
- Ship with Velocity: Lead full-stack feature development, utilizing v0 and Tailwind for rapid UI execution.
- Guard the Vibe: Conduct high-level code reviews focusing on logic, security, and "clean architecture" that AI might miss.
- Define the Stack: Help select and refine our AI toolchain (Cursor rules, custom agents, and internal playbooks).
- Lead the Mission: Collaborate with Product and Design to turn high-level "vibes" into production-ready reality.

Technical Expertise

The AI Toolbelt (Required)

- IDE Mastery:



Expert-level proficiency in Cursor or Windsurf.
- Generative Flow: Experience with Vercel v0, GitHub Copilot, or Claude-based coding agents.
- Prompt Engineering: Ability to use structured prompts to generate complex logic, migrations, and refactors.

The Core Stack

- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Python, REST/GraphQL.
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS.
- Data & Ops: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Principles: Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture (essential for directing AI effectively).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
