Burnaby Dental Centre is looking for a motivated and personable full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our team for the long term.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in helping patients understand and move forward with their dental care.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Presenting and coordinating treatment plans
- Discussing treatment options and fees with patients
- Helping patients understand their financial options
- Coordinating hygiene and restorative appointments
- Managing patient communication, follow-ups, and rebooking
- Insurance verification and coordination
- Accounts receivable and other financial administration
- Supporting the front office and overall patient flow
- Maintaining an organized and productive schedule
- Providing a warm, professional patient experience
- Jumping in and supporting the team wherever needed

What We're Looking For





The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of dental administration experience and experience with a variety of front-office responsibilities.

Experience with hygiene coordination, treatment coordination, accounts receivable, insurance verification, and general dental administration is important for this role.

We are a digital dental practice utilizing Curve Dental, so experience with Curve is an asset.

Not every box checked? That's okay! We are willing to train the right person on certain aspects of the role. The most important things to us are your attitude, communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Schedule

Full-Time | Tuesday – Saturday

- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
