The Burke Group is looking for an energetic, reliable person for our sign assembly area. For this position, Sign Maker / Assembler, we are seeking applicants both with and without experience as we can provide on the job training for the role if required. Most importantly, we're looking for a reliable individual with an eye for detail who enjoys working with their hands.

Job responsibilities will include:
- Assemble pieces of signs together with tapes and adhesives
- Clean, organize, and package completed projects for shipping
- Assemble signage with fasteners
- Assist with painting edges
- Paint prep
- welding
- cutting
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Capable of working under tight deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs for brief periods
- Able to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment
- Experience in any other facets of the sign industry an asset
- Previous experience applying vinyl graphics or laminating graphics an asset
- Willingness to work overtime and potential split shift work as required
