Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations. Multilingual abilities and hotel experience are highly valued to enhance guest interactions and service quality.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communication
- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile accounts, verify billing accuracy, and prepare financial reports
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the night shift
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and skilled during overnight hours




- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to security, safety, and confidentiality
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in front desk or hotel operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and hotel management software is advantageous
- Ability to handle night shift hours reliably and maintain alertness during overnight duties

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
