We are seeking a motivated Apprentice and/or Red Seal Electrician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in industrial and construction environments
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate wiring and system setup
- Use hand tools, power tools, and low voltage testing equipment safely and effectively during daily tasks
- Support the troubleshooting of electrical issues by following detailed procedures and technical instructions
- Conduct inspections of electrical components to identify potential hazards or faults
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and modifications
Skills
- Previous experience or familiarity with industrial electrician work is highly desirable
- Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and low voltage testing devices
- Construction experience that supports understanding of site safety and project workflows
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics for precise wiring tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting electrical systems
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team environment
