We are looking for a Security Guards for our client in Toronto. You will be responsible for access control, greeting guests, providing exceptional customer service, incident reporting, patrolling and emergency response etc. The ideal candidate will be a reliable person who can perform the required tasks well and have a high attention to detail. The goal is to prevent serious crimes by detecting suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior.
Shift availability:
10am-9pm; Monday to Thursday
Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor doors,
windows and doors handles to prevent entry by unauthorized persons
- Monitor surveillance cameras and video footage to identify suspicious activity or other problems
- Investigate events (e.g. trespassing) and prepare incident reports
- Report in-case of emergency matters such as theft, violence or property damage
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors
Experience
- Previous experience as security guard
- Tactical security guard experience preferred
- Retail experience is preferred
Must Have
- Reliable commute to work
- Drivers' License
- Ontario's Security Guard License
- First Aid and CPR
