meaningful relationships with clients while creating a safe and welcoming treatment experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and remain current with evidence-informed physiotherapy practices.
- Contribute to the positive, inclusive, and cooperative culture that makes Good Medicine Wellness unique.

What You’ll Bring

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, client-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage a physiotherapy caseload.
- Values collaboration and enjoys working alongside other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing culturally safe, respectful, and inclusive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in private practice is an asset but not required.
- Experience treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions is an asset.
- Additional training or experience in areas such as pelvic health, concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, exercise prescription, or other specialty areas is welcomed but not required.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

- Competitive independent contractor percentage split based on billings.
- Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance.
- Reception, scheduling, billing, and administrative support.
- Marketing support and opportunities for cross-referrals within our multidisciplinary team.
- A beautiful, welcoming clinic environment with established referral sources.

- The opportunity to build and shape the physiotherapy program within a growing wellness clinic.
- A collaborative team that values kindness, authenticity, lifelong learning, and mutual support.
- An environment where you’re encouraged to build your practice in a way that aligns with your strengths and passions.
