About Franse Academy

Franse Academy is a new online French-learning academy helping students learn French in a simple, friendly, and enjoyable way.

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and motivated French Tutor / Instructor to join our team and teach students online.

You don't need years of teaching experience to apply. If you speak French well, enjoy helping people, and are comfortable working with students, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Teach French classes online.
- Help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Explain French vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
- Use simple activities and conversations to help students practice.
- Create a friendly and comfortable learning workplace.
- Encourage students to participate and ask questions.
- Follow lesson plans and learning materials provided by Bonjour Academy.
- Give students helpful feedback.
- Be prepared and on time for scheduled classes.

What We're Looking For

- Strong French speaking skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Friendly and patient personality.
- Comfortable working with students.
- Reliable and responsible.
- Comfortable teaching online.
- Willing to learn and improve as an instructor.

Experience

- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred, but not required.
- You are welcome to apply if you have:
- Experience tutoring or helping others learn.
- Experience working with children, teens, or adults.
- Strong French skills but little or no formal teaching experience.
- A passion for French and helping others learn.
- No formal teaching certificate is required.




- Students, recent graduates, bilingual speakers, and experienced tutors are all welcome to apply.

What You Need

- Computer or laptop.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Webcam and microphone.
- Quiet place to teach.
- Ability to use Zoom or Google Meet.
- Availability for some evening and/or weekend classes.

Schedule

This is a part-time, fully remote position.

Classes will mainly take place during weekday evenings and/or weekends.

Initially, you may teach approximately 20-30 hours per week, with opportunities for more hours as Bonjour Academy grows.

Pay

$20–$30 per teaching hour, depending on experience and teaching ability.

As our academy grows, there may be opportunities for additional teaching hours.
