Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Evening Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts




- Provide guest services that exceed expectations, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and change calculations
- Experience in food industry roles including serving, cashiering, or kitchen support is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
