Duties

- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and assisting with product replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance
Experience
- Previous experience in HVAC industry preferred
- Mandatory 2-3 years sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling communication with diverse customer groups
- Experience with merchandising, POS/CRM systems
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, time management, and phone etiquette are essential for success
- Basic math proficiency is necessary for accurate transactions and inventory counts
- Technical sales experience involving product demonstrations or upselling techniques will set you apart
