About the Role

This isn’t a “tape boxes and print labels” job.

We’re looking for a high-accountability, detail-driven Logistics Operator who can help take our shipping department to the next level of organization, accuracy, and efficiency with the help of our Business and Process developer.

Daily Operations

- Prioritize, prep, and package all outbound shipments
- Build safe, clean, and professional packaging for products
- Process Pull Orders quickly and accurately
- Prepare all courier/LTL documentation and labels
- Load customer pickups and courier vehicles
- Receive all incoming materials, verify counts/quality, and stage correctly

Quality, Organization & Accountability

- Maintain an organized, efficient shipping area
- Keep paperwork sorted and delivered to correct departments daily
- Quarantine rejected materials and follow required protocols
- Follow safety, WHMIS, forklift, and housekeeping standards at all times
- Support Sales with logistics updates and freight options

Continuous Improvement

- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Help implement new processes, organization systems, and workflow redesign
- Stay current on cross-border shipping requirements




- Use good judgment when choosing cost-efficient freight carriers

What You’ll Need

- WHMIS (or willing to obtain)
- Valid forklift license (or willing to obtain)
- Experience setting up courier + LTL shipments
- Understanding of cross-border shipping requirements
- Strong communication skills with customers + couriers
- SAP experience (asset)

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
