Chorley Construction is looking for experienced Cladding Installers to join our growing team.

We are a growing cladding contractor working on commercial and multi-family projects throughout Alberta. We are looking for reliable, hardworking installers who want steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow with the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Installing a variety of exterior cladding systems
- ACM / aluminum composite panels
- Metal siding and panels
- Fiber cement panels
- Soffits and architectural metal
- Flashing, trims, and miscellaneous sheet-metal components
- Installing insulation, membranes, clips, furring systems, and related components
- Reading drawings and following installation details
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a crew
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in exterior cladding, siding, panels, sheet metal, or commercial construction
- Ability to read and understand drawings and details
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Comfortable working at heights
- Robust attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety-minded and dependable
- EWP, fall protection, lift, or other construction tickets are an asset
