Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and handling cash or card transactions with precision.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, dining areas, and food handling areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle cashing out customers accurately,



balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts, and managing cash handling procedures responsibly.
- Support team members during peak hours by assisting with food prep, serving orders efficiently, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order processing.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and understanding order totals.
- Experience in cashiering or serving roles within the food industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
