Responsibilities

- Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every order
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing customer orders and payments with cash handling expertise
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting guests with menu selections and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and smooth restaurant operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards and ensure food safety for all customers

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cashiering, and POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Experience in the food industry or serving roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
