Description

We are looking for a labourer to join our team. Construction
experience is considered an asset; however all those with a can do attitude, who
enjoy driving, learning, and helping others are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear Drivers Abstract
- OFA training is considered an asset
- Prior construction experience considered an asset

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Arrive on site prepared for work with the tools necessary to complete required tasks
- Drive work truck to conduct deliveries and garbage runs
- Move/load/unload various materials
- General housekeeping including maintaining a tidy and orderly job site
- Assist carpenters and sub-trades to complete site tasks
- Set up/removal of protection material for finished work (i.e. laying Ram Board, laying drop sheets, setting up poly walls, etc.)
- Keep orderly records of truck mileage, job receipts and accurate timesheets
- Various other tasks as required
