Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SIGN INSTALLER/FABRICATOR to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, fabricating, and maintaining a variety of signage solutions that enhance our clients' brand visibility and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise will ensure that each sign is crafted with precision and installed safely and efficiently. This position offers an exciting chance to work with a diverse range of materials and contribute to projects from conception through completion, all while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties

- Measure, cut, assemble, and fabricate signage components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Install signs on various surfaces including walls, poles, and structures according to specifications and safety standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation instructions to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to determine optimal placement and design details
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use
- Conduct quality checks on fabricated signs to ensure durability, alignment, and visual appeal
- Follow safety protocols at all times during fabrication and installation processes to prevent accidents or injuries

Experience





- Proven experience in sign fabrication, installation, or related trades such as carpentry or welding
- Familiarity with reading technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices accurately
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights, electrical components, and heavy machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges
- Prior experience working with various signage materials including metal, acrylics, vinyls, or composites is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44.0 per week

- Sign installer : 2 years (required)
- Custom Sign Fabrication : 2 years (required)
- Vynl signs: 2 years (required)

- Driving Licence (required)
