Pelican Intl est à la recherche d’un Technicien en gestion des données maîtres. Dans le cadre du poste, le Technicien sera responsable de collecter toutes les informations nécessaires à la fabrication des produits pour l’ERP. Ces mandats seront sous la supervision du Chef R&D;, Qualité et Conformité.

UNE JOURNÉE TYPE DANS CE POSTE :

ERP (Codes de produit, BOM et Gammes)

- Créer et gérer les codes et statuts des produits;
- Établir et maintenir les données des produits, incluant les BOM, les gammes de production et les paramètres comptables;
- Coordonner et assurer la fiabilité des données manufacturières dans le système ERP.

Support

- Gérer les BOM dans différents sites de production pour aider à la planification;
- Assurer la gestion des composantes, incluant le suivi des items et faire les modifications requises;
- Créer des codes et BOM de produits incomplets afin de soutenir les besoins de production;
- Assister différents départements dans la réalisation de tâches connexes;
- Élaborer et maintenir à jour la documentation à travers le système de gestion documentaire;
- Coordonner les demandes de modification et d’ajout aux systèmes (DMO/DAJ).

Transformations de produits

- Préparer l’information nécessaire pour effectuer les transformations de produits (BOM, instructions de travail);
- Faire le suivi sur les lignes de production pour s’assurer que les instructions fournies sont bien suivies.

CE QU’ON ATTEND DE TOI :

- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales ou une AEC en génie industriel, qualité, administration ou logistique;
- Très bonne compréhension des concepts ERP liés à la production;
- Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier;
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office;
- Bilingue (français et anglais) à l'oral et à l'écrit.

Vous possédez de bonnes habiletés de résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu’un bon sens de l’organisation, de la planification et de la coordination dans un contexte multitâche.



Vous détenez d’excellentes habiletés à gérer les priorités et à travailler sous pression. Vous avez de bonnes compétences organisationnelles, êtes proactif, autonome, analytique et soucieux du détail.

Pelican Intl is seeking a Master Data Management Technician. In this role, the Technician will be responsible for collecting and maintaining all the information required for product manufacturing within the ERP system. These tasks will be carried out under the supervision of the Head of R&D;, Quality, and Compliance.

A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE:

ERP (Product Codes, BOMs, and Production Routings)

- Create and manage product codes and statuses;
- Establish and maintain product data, including BOMs, production routings, and accounting parameters;
- Coordinate and ensure the reliability of manufacturing data in the ERP system.





Support

- Manage BOMs across multiple production sites to support planning activities;
- Manage components, including item tracking and making any necessary changes;
- Create product codes and BOMs for incomplete products to support production needs;
- Assist various departments with related tasks and responsibilities;
- Create, update, and maintain documentation within the document management system;
- Coordinate change and addition requests in the systems.

Product transformations

- Prepare the information needed to carry out product modifications (BOMs, work instructions);
- Monitor the production lines to ensure that the provided instructions are being followed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Hold a college diploma or an ACS in industrial engineering, quality, administration, or logistics;
- Very good understanding of ERP concepts related to production;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite;
- Bilingual (French and English) in both spoken and written communication.

You possess robust problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational, planning, and coordination abilities in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. You demonstrate outstanding priority management skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. You are organized, proactive, self-motivated, analytical, and detail oriented.
