What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience
- Strong understanding of labour and food cost management
- Ability to monitor and manage stock levels efficiently
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise 10–20 staff at a time
- Comfortable working alongside your team on the floor at all times
- Solid cash handling knowledge
- A true team player with robust work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage employee orientation, training, and development to ensure team members are knowledgeable about products, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee staffing schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly,



and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records related to payroll, bookkeeping, sales transactions, and inventory management.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales processing and inventory updates while ensuring pricing accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with merchandising strategies, and coordinate stock replenishment efforts.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote store promotions and increase sales performance.
- Enforce store policies related to safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards to create a welcoming environment.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across shifts.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control software,
- Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, and recruiting processes.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling and merchandising strategies.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
