Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are correctly priced and stocked
- Conduct basic inventory checks, restock shelves, and assist with merchandise organization
- Handle cashiering duties including processing returns, exchanges, and managing cash registers with precision
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate store operations and ensure smooth daily activities

Qualifications





- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising practices is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, and organizing displays
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining store presentation standards

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
