Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their styling preferences and recommend suitable haircuts, colors, and treatments
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, coloring, highlights, perms, and special occasion styles
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and addressing client needs effectively
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, greeting clients,



and processing payments
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry to offer innovative services

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their desired looks
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs
- Robust customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience managing front desk tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling transactions is preferred
- Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as required by local regulations
