What You'll Be Doing

- Converting inbound leads into booked moving jobs
- Calling warm leads (past clients, referral partners)
- Presenting moving solutions confidently and clearly
- Calculating inventories and preparing accurate estimates
- Managing clients inside our CRM
- Accepting payments and locking in deals
- Acting as the main point of contact before moving day

This is a closing-focused role. You'll be trained on every part of it.
Performance matters. Effort matters more — especially at the start.
