Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Wholesale Account Coordinator to join our team! Duties

Orders & Distribution Management

- Receive, process and track wholesale orders.
- Confirm product quantities, pricing and availability.
- Coordinate with our brewery team to ensure orders are ready on time.
- Prepare orders, invoices, packing slips and required documentation for delivery.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and provide drivers with required information.
- Manage LCBO, Beer Store and convenience store purchase orders and delivery requirements.
- Track deliveries and resolve shortages, discrepancies, returns or credits.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments and product movement.

Invoicing & Accounts Receivable

- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.
- Record and apply customer payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payment terms.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding and overdue invoices.
- Reconcile invoices, payments, credits and account discrepancies.
- Provide regular accounts receivable reporting to management.

Inventory & Administration





- Track finished product allocated to wholesale distribution.
- Communicate upcoming product requirements to production and packaging teams.
- Reconcile products ordered, shipped and invoiced.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, delivery and payment records.
- Assist accounting with month-end reconciliation and reporting.
- Maintain organized documentation for licensee, LCBO, Beer Store and convenience channels.

Experience

- Proven experience in logistics, order processing, accounts receivable, administration or distribution.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Strong computer and spreadsheet skills.
- Comfortable working with invoices, payments and financial records.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines and distribution channels.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across departments.
- Experience with beverage alcohol distribution or LCBO and Beer Store systems is an asset preferred.
