About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to support our daily order fulfillment and logistics operations.

This is an office-based role that focuses on coordinating order fulfillment, shipments, inventory, and communication with our warehouse partners in Canada and the United States.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or supply chain coordination. Previous warehouse experience or knowledge of warehouse operations is an asset, but this is not a warehouse position.

What You'll Do

Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate daily order fulfillment with warehouse partners in Canada and the United States
- Monitor order processing, shipment status, and delivery progress
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics and shipping partners
- Follow up on fulfillment or shipment issues and support timely resolution
- Assist with inventory monitoring and product transfers between locations
- Maintain accurate records related to orders, shipments, and inventory

Operations Support

- Work closely with internal operations teams and external warehouse partners




- Provide regular updates on fulfillment, shipment, and inventory status
- Identify and support improvements to fulfillment and logistics workflows
- Assist with other e-commerce operations tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, fulfillment, supply chain, or warehouse operations is preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse and fulfillment processes is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic computer tools
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English

Mandarin proficiency is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking team members and partners.
