Position Summary

Talent Employment Inc. is hiring experienced and customer-focused Bartenders for clients across the GTA and Durham Region. We are seeking skilled, reliable individuals who can provide excellent beverage service in fast-paced hospitality, banquet, restaurant, and event environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to guests.
- Set up, maintain, and clean bar areas before, during, and after service.
- Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Monitor guest consumption and serve alcohol responsibly.
- Maintain adequate stock of beverages, glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately when required.
- Keep bar counters, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Follow health, safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous bartending, banquet, restaurant, catering,



or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of common cocktails, beverages, bar equipment, and basic drink preparation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform regular hospitality duties.
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

- Smart Serve Certification is required for assignments involving alcohol service in Ontario.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is an asset.
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience is an asset.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
