Caffe Fantastico is an established independent, quality focused and family owned coffee roastery, with three bustling locations in Victoria. We have an upcoming opportunity for a Experienced Barista to join our team.

We believe that each person who works with Caffe Fantastico contributes to our rich culture and positive work environment by creating unforgettable guest experiences in both customer service and coffee preparation.

This position is a full time, long term position that will require 30-40 hours a week.

An experienced barista will have:

- Previous training to be able to execute espresso preparation to SCA standards and the ability to work within Fantastico espresso parameters
- Latte art skills
- The ability to dial in an espresso grinder




- A high level of professionalism and customer service that has been fine tuned in previous job experiences
- Serving experience an asset

We offer a starting wage of $19.50+ depending on experience. Employee handled tips are $6 -$10/hr on top. Lots of room to grow in our business!

We are fully licensed and have three great kitchens, using fresh local ingredients; enticing gratuities reflective of excellent customer service; and an impressive selection of local craft beer and wine.
