Job Description:

Duties

- Install, repair, and replace roofing systems using hand tools and power tools to ensure durable, weather-tight coverings.
- Measure and cut materials accurately based on blueprints or project specifications.
- Apply cladding materials such as metal panels, siding, or other exterior finishes to building facades.
- Conduct inspections of roofing and cladding installations to verify quality standards are met.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support efficient workflow.
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute projects precisely.




- Use caulking techniques to seal joints and prevent water infiltration, ensuring long-lasting results.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction, roofing, or carpentry with a strong understanding of building processes.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and measuring devices.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with caulking applications for sealing purposes.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or on scaffolding.
- Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality workmanship.
