Overview

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bartender to join our team at The Rally Pickleball Club. The ideal candidate has experience in food service or hospitality, values high customer satisfaction, understands food safety, and is confident with cash handling.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their skills in a dynamic, community-focused setting.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, preparing beverages, and ensuring our guests receive warm, attentive service. You will switch between customer service and bartending duties as needed, making this a versatile and engaging role for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding front-of-house customer service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to spec
- Follow proper drink recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
- Operate the POS system




- Maintain bar and service area cleanliness, restocking as needed
- Support the service team with food running, bussing, and general hospitality
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Address guest questions, concerns, or requests with professionalism and care
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere that reflects Rally’s values
- Prepare coffee & smoothies.

Qualifications

- Smart Serve certified (required)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and collaborative strong team player
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering great guest experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
