YOUR ROLE

As a Chassis Mechanic, you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on the GT Group fleet in a timely and effective manner by diagnosing issues identified during inspections and carrying out the necessary repairs.

Responsabilities:

You will contribute to the truck maintenance team by performing, among others, the following tasks:

- Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services on chassis and trailers, including inspections, brake work, electrical repairs, tire changes, etc.
- Perform diagnostics, preventive repairs, and scheduled repairs.
- Test systems and components to isolate faults.
- Notify the Shift Supervisor of any additional repairs required.
- Operate and move equipment in and out of the maintenance facility for repairs.
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and safe work area.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar work environment.
- Minimum intermediate-to-advanced level of French.
- Known for your problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and ability to work within a diverse and dynamic team.
- Well organized with a strong sense of punctuality.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
