Clinic Assistant (providing Customer Service & Social Media Support)

Responsibilities

· Welcoming and assisting clients

· Scheduling appointments, general administrative support, answering the phone

· Clinic and retail duties

· Creating and posting social media content

· Supporting special events and promotions

· Helping us maintain a warm, welcoming space

Schedule

· Average 15-20 hrs per week

· Weekdays 10am – 4pm

· Occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed

Interests in wellness, gut health, natural health, and social media are considered an asset.

· Is comfortable with technology and social media

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
