We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch beauty experiences, and we are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Salon Leader to join our team.

The reception desk is the first and last moments with each client. Will you make an impact that exceeds clients expectations?

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries
- Oversee salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with salon staff to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing inventory, processing payments, and maintaining client records
- Stay informed about service routines and products to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Uphold the brand's image by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area
- Ensuring that the beauty technicians ae stocked with supplies throughout the day

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment




- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and products is a plus
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word & Excel
- Proactive in providing feedback to the Store Manager on issues & concerns

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
