We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring each dish meets quality expectations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards.




- Participate in training new kitchen staff as required.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills, with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
