We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concession Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our concession stands in BC Place Stadium and Roger’s Arena. Shifts include all event days and setup days as well. *Must be available weekdays, evenings and weekends*
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced workplace. As a Concession Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety compliance, and delivering high-quality food and beverage offerings to our customers.
Duties
- Supervise and train concession staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality.
- Preparing locations for events.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management on scheduling and inventory needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A background in hospitality or food preparation is highly desirable.
