Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst with 7+ years of Identity and Access Management experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and governance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, entitlement governance, access controls, and identity cleanup initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and govern Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments
- Manage identity lifecycle, entitlement governance, and access controls
- Define and maintain security groups and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Conduct identity and entitlement cleanup, rationalization, and remediation activities
- Support governance of human and non-human identities
- Define ownership, approval, and access review processes
- Support access certification, audit, and compliance initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document IAM processes and requirements
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams




- Support large-scale identity governance transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of Identity and Access Management experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and governance
- Experience with identity lifecycle management and entitlement governance
- Solid understanding of RBAC, security groups, and identity governance principles
- Experience with identity and entitlement cleanup and remediation
- Knowledge of human and non-human identity governance
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with large-scale identity governance transformation programs
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity and access management
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, and access certification programs
- Familiarity with enterprise security governance frameworks
- Experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments
