Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has an eye for detail? North Star Air is looking for an Upholstery Assistant to join our team and support the maintenance and refurbishment of aircraft interiors.

As an Upholstery Assistant, you will work alongside experienced team members to help maintain, repair, and refurbish aircraft upholstery and interior components. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and interested in developing valuable hands-on skills in the aviation industry.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with upholstery, sewing, automotive interiors, aircraft interiors, or similar hands-on work is considered an asset Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipKnowledge and experience with the tools of the tradeAbility to assemble and construct piecework by handWillingness to learn processes and proceduresKnowledge of upholstery standards is an assetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust hold a valid Canadian driver's license.Ability to lift 50 LBS; other duties as assigned

Schedule:

8-hour shifts – Monday to Friday
