Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment across work sites
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and materials as needed
- Perform general site cleanup to ensure safety and efficiency at all times
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
- Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks quickly
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute as part of a team
