About Us:
We’re a concrete forming subcontractor specializing equally in structural and architectural work. Our projects are a 50/50 split between the two, and we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and a reliable team. We're currently looking for skilled, dependable formwork carpenters to join our crew.

The Role:
We’re looking for carpenters with a strong attention to detail—especially since half of our projects involve landscape carpentry. You should be confident working with tools, assembling forms correctly, and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build protected and secure forms for footings, walls, stairs, and slabs
- Follow all on-site safety protocols
- Read and interpret construction drawings (survey points provided)
- Assist with rebar tying and assembly (asset)
- Assist with concrete finishing (asset)

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of formwork carpentry experience
- Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Own basic hand tools and tool belt
- Minimum Grade 10 English

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Experience:

- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
