Responsibilities:

Prepare and scoop various flavors of ice cream into cups or cones

Prepare sundaes, shakes, and other ice cream-based desserts

Ensure customers are satisfied with their order

Maintain the cleanliness of the store by wiping down surfaces and cleaning equipment

Receive payment from customers using cash registers or other point of sale systems

Respond to customer inquiries about flavor availability or ingredients

Recommend flavors to customers based on their tastes and preferences

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Ice Cream Scooper or Cake decorator is preferred

Must have excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a quick paced environment with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Part-time hours:

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
