Interlock Crew Member – Pavers & Hardscaping (Ottawa)

Green Works Contracting is looking for reliable, hard-working crew members to join our interlock and hardscaping team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in building high-quality projects, and want to grow in the landscaping industry—this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Install interlock stone, pavers, and retaining walls
- Perform site prep: excavation, grading, base prep, and compaction
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate compactors and small machinery
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow safety standards and work as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience with interlock, pavers, or hardscaping
- Experience with landscaping equipment (compactors, skid steer, etc.) is an asset
- Ability to follow project plans and installation specs
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Team player with a positive attitude

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts (8 hours)
- Overtime opportunities available
