Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately processed and served. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring quality presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables,



chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that arise.
- Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

- Previous experience in the sushi industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
