This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your carpentry skills, work with a variety of materials, and contribute to projects from residential to commercial developments. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing projects
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and metal framing components using hand tools and power tools
- Construct wall frames, floors, ceilings, roof trusses, and other structural elements with precision and efficiency
- Layout walls, floors & roofs
- Be comfortable and able to be on walls, in and on the roof sheething.
- Follow proper building code and be a team player

Experience





- Proven construction experience with a focus on framing carpentry or related trades
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and woodworking techniques
- Familiarity with concrete forming, concrete finishing, drywall installation, siding work, and restoration projects
- Competent in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, welding equipment, and woodworking machinery
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation relevant to framing tasks such as cranes or forklifts is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and best practices

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
