Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. This position involves working on various roofing projects, assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance of roofs. The ideal candidate will have a robust work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Duties

- Assist in the installation and repair of roofing systems, including shingles, rubber and metal roofing.
- Perform heavy lifting and carry materials to job sites as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
- Apply caulking and sealants as required for weatherproofing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.




- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a roofer or laborer is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to build and repair structures.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry principles is advantageous.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
