Job Summary
We are seeking an Insulator to join our team. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining insulation in homes and buildings, helping improve energy efficiency and comfort. This role involves working with basic hand tools and following construction practices.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to install insulation in walls, attic, ceilings, and crawlspaces
- Measure, cut, and fit insulation according to work order and specifications
- Apply caulking and sealants for proper air sealing and energy efficiency
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Follow safety procedures and building codes
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools (saws, drills,
measuring devices, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic construction practices
- Ability to read and understand work orders
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
